COVID-19 Service Changes

How has shipping been affected by COVID-19?

Our order processing times are back to normal. Preparation of apparel items (e.g. t-shirts, aprons) takes approximately 2 - 7 business days in Europe and 4 - 9 business days in USA, while preparation of non-apparel items (e.g. mugs) takes 2 - 5 business days in both locations.

The shipping speeds are dependent on the couriers and the delivery destination. Refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times to your location, then allow additional time for delays due to COVID-19 safety precautions.

Same-day shipping is not available.

What should I do if my order does not arrive on time?

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery periods, please contact us to confirm the status of your package. We will try our best to locate the package and advise you of the revised expected delivery date.

If we are unable to resolve your concern, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied, within three (3) business days, either to your original method of payment or as store credit, whichever option you selected when you processed the return request.
